I have just completed my last 6-month assignment with a high growth, high tech business that saw me review the existing approach to talent acquisition, implement some process and resource changes and leave behind a talent pipeline and a means to continue to develop it.
This means I am looking for my next role with an immediate start.
Ideally, I am looking for another interim role but having been working as an interim for the last two and a half years I will definitely look at a permanent role as well. Naturally the closer to my home in Manchester the better but I have always followed the work in the past and I am truly open to London or another European location (I am 15 minutes from the check-in desk at Manchester).
There is not fixed target company but It makes sense to be software or technology but will certainly be a high growth organisation that needs support in talent acquisition, team development, sourcing and channel choices etc. but also open to consulting work around RPO engagement/performance, technology, candidate experience and offshore sourcing.
My recruitment experience is supported by my years as a people manager, directly managing teams up to c45 people, the management of strategic clients and the associated P&L’s.
My rate varies on work, duration and location but genuinely starts at coffee.
I have a background in executive search and selection, headhunting and senior level recruitment combined with people and business management experiences. My focus has always been on the IT services, technology and management consultancy sectors on a permanent and interim basis where I have developed a personal portfolio that covers areas such as EVP, social recruitment and the successful creation of talent pools as well the management and leadership of corporate talent acquisition teams.
Currently working across Europe with high growth, high tech organisations to develop effective blended onshore/offshore recruitment models, covering full commercial engagement, transition and ongoing delivery management.
