Making blogging 'live'... London... 10th September 2014... Read on...

We are all busy.  I know that and I am grateful when people read my blog, email a comment or generally interact about something recruitment based.

Right now I am recruiting directly, recruiting for a client and pulling together some solution designs for a number of clients - all of which will change how they recruit, something I have been talking about for years.  It is not the corporate environment that I have been used to for the last few years but it is no lifestyle business either.

Outside of work, I still travel trains, I still write (yes I still have the book on the go) and specifically I write this blog, although need desperately to do some editing and publish some of my work. Which leads me neatly on to the event I have organised on 10th September 2014.

It is in London, in a great location and will see me joined by a number of recruitment bloggers who will read some of our favourite works.  Just as importantly it is a chance for some recruitment, TA and HR bods to get together in a nice environment, have a moan, compare war stories and generally learn something new.  Like me it's not a formal event and being sat in the downstairs of a pub sets the tone. So when you get the chance have a look at thelink- and I hope to see you there. If you have any questions email me on M.

About I have background in executive search and selection, headhunting and senior level recruitment combined with people and business management experiences. My focus has always been on the IT services, technology and management consultancy sectors on a permanent and interim basis where I have developed a personal portfolio that covers areas such as EVP, social recruitment and the successful creation of talent pools as well the management and leadership of corporate talent acquisition teams. I am an avid blogger, writer, public speaker and traveller of trains across the UK. for more details.
